In a creative job, it's not your degree (it's good to have a degree) that counts, but your portfolio, i.e. your reference work. For a beginner, it's difficult because you don't have finished work. We fill this gap in our education, which means that you can put together a portfolio that will give you a better chance of getting a job than any other traditional education.

Check out the description of Portfolio Night, an international initiative where creative directors look at the work of junior directors and search for new faces. At this event, almost all of our students attended and the feedback we got was that it was clear who came to us because they had advertising work and the others didn't, they brought short stories, magazine articles etc. from which a creative director cannot judge how useful a candidate will be to the team (or just harder).
